Somatic Reset and Ocean Plunge Pop-Up Event

$13.00

Somatic Reset + Ocean Plunge
Monday, October 26 · 6:30–8:00am · Pelican Beach Access, Carolina Beach

Start your week as yourself, before the to-do list and before anyone needs anything from you. We’ll watch the sun come up over the ocean, move through gentle lymphatic drainage movement on our towels, and take an optional cold plunge in the ocean. Afterward, there’s coffee, fresh juice, and a build-your-own flower bar.
No makeup, no mats, no performance. Bring a beach towel, and wear a swimsuit if you’re going in. Come as you are.
