This gathering includes Somatic Breathwork and a Sound Bath. This type of breathwork moves you through two quick inhales and one exhale, over and over, to clear the stuck energy your body's been holding onto. It pulls you out of your overthinking mind and back into your body — sensation, emotion, release, all of it.
All emotions are welcome here, and there's no wrong way to do this — just stay open and see what moves.
We'll close with a sound bath, letting the tones settle everything the breath just moved.
Can’t wait to breathe with you.
